The market today provides umpteen options to a consumer, thus, leaving the consumer spoiled for choice. Confusion and a wide array of competitive products to choose- consumers turn to influencers to aid decision making. Using Sproxil’s technology, Bacardi sought to create loyal advocates of the brand. Bacardi set out with the aim of increasing its sale by 300 per cent. A task this mammoth needed the aid of its key drivers.

The role of bartenders was identified to be crucial in introducing Highball Cocktail to the consumers. In addition to achieving its targeted sales figures, Bacardi sought out to create a pool of loyal bartenders and wanted to be able to access their sales capacity, therein. A sublet yet effective outcome was to develop a treasures spot for itself in the minds of its consumers.

Solution

At Sproxil, we specialize in running loyalty programs powered by instant gratification for trade channels and consumers.

  • Bartenders would have to click a picture of an invoice and send the same through WhatsApp. Sproxil’s Artificial Intelligence System would recognize and read the invoice number, bartender code, product name, quantity, date and amount. Upon verification of the invoice, the bartender would be allotted points.
  • The bartender would receive incentives for every genuine order, after completion of the program. Eligible bartenders would receive cash rewards which would be credited to their bank accounts.
  • Each bartender selling Bacardi highball cocktails would be rewarded with assured points for every cocktail recommended. Bartenders had to pitch the offer to the consumer.
